Full Day Consultation - The Premium Package
A great rental broker saves you time and money - a less qualified broker wastes both. If would like our undivided attention, are new to the area, or have limited time to sort through rental properties, we offer a full day tour to kick start your housing hunt. This is a great option if you are in town for the weekend and want to maximize your time, or if you want to knock out the housing hunt in a day. It's also a great option if you are the independent type, but need a point-man and quick orientation to get your bearings. The fee for this service runs $995 and is payable in advance. Our Full Day San Francisco Relocation Consultation Package includes (as needed):

VIP Relocation Assistance - The Platinum Package
If you are new to the area, or simply do not have any time to deal with finding a rental, the Complete Relocation Assistance Package might be the best fit for you. This is our most personal level of service (the "VIP" level) where we are your agent until you find a place, whether it takes one week or one month. We will show you properties that are both publicly and privately listed. You will have priority service. We will work to uncover the right rental for you. With the Full Relocation Assistance Package, we make ourselves available to preview properties on your behalf – even when you are not here, shooting video and taking photos for you. This is especially useful for our clients relocating from overseas.
The fee for this service is a flat $2,995 due up front. The Full Relocation Assistance Package includes (as needed):
